The development of nanocarriers for drug delivery has drawn a lot attention due to the possibility tailored ill region while preserving neighboring healthy tissue. In medicine, delivering drugs safely and effectively never been easy; therefore, creation surfactant-based vesicles (niosomes) enhance medication gained in past years. Niosomes (NIOs) are versatile systems that facilitate applications varying from transdermal transport targeted brain delivery. These self-assembling vesicular nano-carriers formed by hydrating cholesterol, non-ionic surfactants, other amphiphilic substances. focus review is report on latest NIO-type formulations which also include biopolymers polysaccharide class, highlighting their role these (DDSs). NIO types, together with recent pharmaceutical such as ocular, oral, nose-to brain, pulmonary, cardiac, delivery, all thoroughly summarized this review, offers comprehensive compendium polysaccharide-based niosomal research date.
