The biomedical applications of silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) are heavily investigated due to their cytotoxic and antimicrobial properties. However, the scientific literature is lacking in data on aggregation behavior nanoparticles, especially regarding its impact biological activity. Therefore, assess potential AgNPs therapeutic applications, two different AgNP samples were compared under biorelevant conditions.Citrate-capped nanosilver was produced by classical chemical reduction stabilization with sodium citrate (AgNP@C), while green tea extract used produce a synthesis approach (AgNP@GTs). Particle size, morphology, crystallinity characterized using transmission electron microscopy. To observe effects most important conditions colloidal stability, grade measurements carried out UV-Vis spectroscopy dynamic light scatterig, MTT assay microdilution method performed evaluate cytotoxicity activity time-dependent manner. The mostly affected pH electrolyte concentration, presence biomolecules can improve particle stability biomolecular corona effect. We demonstrated that high both attenuated toxic effect toward living cells. AgNP@GT proved less prone thus retained degree toxicity. To our knowledge, this first systematic examination simultaneous showed nanoparticle complex systems be estimated simple compounds like chloride glutamine.
