In the Mediterranean area, patients with LTP syndrome who are sensitized to multiple allergens often tested for sIgE using multiplex platforms. The results obtained from different commercial platforms not interchangeable, so it is important compare and validate platform selected use. objective of this study performance ImmunoCAP ISAC E112i macroarray ALEX2 in our daily practice.From August 2021 March 2022, we 20 random serum samples polysensitized test (MADx) tIgE (Thermo Fisher Scientific). We compared total IgE (tIgE) levels shared allergens.The heatmap generally showed more intense ISAC. overall correlation was good, but some exceptions were noted. main discrepancies found Ole e 7, which positive 11 negative all ALEX2, nut LTPs, a threefold higher detection rate Ara h 9 fivefold Cor 8 Jug r 3 ALEX2. regression model no interchangeability results.Despite small sample size complexity comparing quantitative semi-quantitative platform, suggest that patient diagnosis management can be influenced by used. Therefore, findings must taken into consideration when choosing use profiles LTP-polysensitized patients, even though data needed.
