Abstract The current investigation reports anti-cancer, antioxidant and antibacterial potential of L-Glutaminase ( Streptomyces roseolus strain ZKB1) capped nanoparticles. highest production 9.57 U/mL was achieved on the 4th day fermentation when L-Glutamine used as sole carbon nitrogen source. Enhanced recycling stability observed after 6 cycles using immobilized in 3% agar agarose matrices. Free L- Glutaminase showed K m 13.89 ± 0.8 7.13 0.3 mM V max 18.40 1.5 24.21 1.7 U/mg respectively. silver (AgNP) zinc oxide (ZnONP) nanoparticles were synthesized structurally characterized UV visible spectroscopy, FTIR, SEM–EDS, XRD AFM. Widespread use of pesticides in agriculture causes adverse impacts on non-target organisms and environmental pollution. Efficient sustainable pesticide removal alternatives must be developed to reduce impacts. Recently, bioremediation based immobilized microorganisms has been proposed as an environmentally friendly cost-effective approach for degradation water. Agro-industrial wastes are produced large quantities crop fields; their high availability, low cost, potential reuse make them ideal support materials microbial immobilization. This systematic review, conducted through the PRISM 2020 methodology, compiles recent research using agro-industrial waste immobilize degradation.
