In response to the global Mpox outbreaks, this survey aimed assess knowledge, perceptions, and advocacy of vaccines among solid organ transplant healthcare workers (HCWs) in Saudi Arabia. A cross-sectional was conducted HCWs Arabia from 15 August 5 September 2022. total 199 responses were received participants primarily working kidney (54.8%) liver (14.6%) units. The found that most aware 2022 outbreak, but majority more concerned about COVID-19 than Mpox. While thought laboratory personnel direct contact with patients should receive vaccine, less 60% believed all be vaccinated. Additionally, over half lacked knowledge animal-human transmission virus. results highlight need for increased education on Arabia, particularly regarding virus's dynamics vaccines. This is crucial improve HCWs' understanding emerging disease, especially given their vulnerability during pandemic.

Abstract COVID-19 has intensified humanity's concern about the emergence of new pandemics. Since 2018, epidemic outbreaks mpox virus have become worrisome. In June 2022, World Health Organization declared disease a global health emergency, with 14 500 cases reported by Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in 60 countries. Therefore, development vaccine based on current genome is paramount combating cases. view this, we hypothesized obtainment rational immunogenic peptides predicted from proteins responsible entry into host (A17L, A26L/A30L, A33R, H2R, L1R), exit (A27L, A35R, A36R, C19L), both (B5R). To achieve aligned sequencing data isolated an infected individual United States 2022 (ON674051.1) reference dated 2001 (NC_003310.1) conservation analysis. The Immune Epitope Database server was used identification characterization epitopes each protein related to major histocompatibility complex I or II interaction recognition B-cell receptors, resulting 138 A17L, 233 A28L, 48 77 L1R, 270 A27L, 72 148 C19L, 276 B5R. These were tested silico antigenicity, physicochemical properties, allergenicity, 51, 40, 10, 34, 38, 57, 25, 7, 47, 53 epitopes, respectively. Additionally, select epitope highest promiscuity binding complexes receptor simultaneously, all aligned, most repetitive antigenic regions identified. By classifying results, obtained 23 proteins, 16 7 both. Subsequently, 1 selected, 3 fused construct chimeric that potential as multiepitope vaccine. constructed then analyzed its physicochemical, antigenic, allergenic properties. Protein modeling, molecular dynamics, docking performed Toll-like receptors 2, 4, 8, followed immune simulation Finally, results indicate effective, stable, safe can be further tested, especially vitro vivo, validate findings demonstrated silico.

Human papillomavirus (HPV) has a great impact on world health. Vaccination is among the most important methods of preventing HPV infection. This study investigated Chinese male college students' knowledge of, attitude toward, and acceptance 9vHPV vaccine independent predictors. An online cross-sectional was conducted students at colleges universities from March 12 to 23, 2022. Based literature review similar studies, self-questionnaire designed investigate vaccine. Multivariate logistic regression analysis performed identify factors influencing their willingness be vaccinated. In addition, structural equation model constructed. A total 1,547 completed survey. Of all students, 54.95% were unwilling receive vaccination, while only 45.05% expressed willingness. revealed that willing included medical those in romantic relationship, whose relatives friends had cervical cancer, received vaccine, supportive promoting for men, who would recommend friends. Male exhibited high hesitancy toward Acceptance by can improved deepening accurate understanding enhancing positive it.
