The existing scales for measuring balanced time perspective (BTP) have limitations, such as poor-fitting structures or a complex calculation method. Purpose Drawing on the self-consistency theory and temporal comparison theory, this study hypothesize that relative perceived supervisor support may positively affect voice behaviour negatively relationship conflict with a supervisor. Le présent article étudie les effets d’une intervention en leadership positif et pleine conscience sur expériences, traits comportements positifs des managers de leurs salariés. Notre méthodologie recherche repose une quasi-expérimentation avec prétests post-tests aléatoires effectués un groupe contrôle spécifique : dans entreprise pharmaceutique française, 36 a participé à psychologie positive (PPI) 10 jours axée le la conscience.
