Introduction: The work phenomenon of emotional exhaustion occurs among nursing professionals, affecting their personal health and well-being, influencing skills performance, negatively impacting the quality care patient safety.Aim: This study aimed to explore experiences professionals working in an emergency unit its influence on safety.Methods: A qualitative phenomenological was conducted with nurses from a type C center city Quito, Ecuador. limited 10 participants based saturation information interviews. Coding categorization were used interpret results.Results: findings showed that nurses’ can manifest as stress, fatigue, insomnia, frustration, poor forgetfulness, overload. When they must cover areas such pharmacy statistics within unit, are unable adequately concentrate, leading inadvertent errors healthcare activities thus safety.Conclusions: exploration reveals experience high workloads hinder competencies prevent them performing efficiently due reduced physical cognitive abilities. In terms safety, which demands effective communication nurse-patient relationship, decreases nurse performance throughout workday. Introducción: El agotamiento emocional, fenómeno laboral, se manifiesta en los profesionales de enfermería, afecta la salud y bienestar personal, influye sus habilidades rendimiento, repercute negativamente calidad atención seguridad del paciente.Objetivo: Explorar las vivencias sobre emocional enfermería que laboran el servicio emergencia su influencia paciente.Método: Se planteó un estudio cualitativo fenomenológico con enfermeros centro tipo cuidad diez participantes lo determinaron saturación información entrevista, para interpretación resultados utilizó una codificación categorización.Resultados: Los hallazgos mostraron pueden tener: manifestado estrés, cansancio, insomnio, frustración, bajo olvido sobrecarga. Cuando deben cubrir áreas como farmacia estadística dentro servicio, no hay concentración adecuada, por ende, puede cometerse errores involuntarios actividades asistenciales, influyendo así paciente.Conclusiones: Al explorar enfermeros, ellos están exentos vivir cargas laborales altas, esto disminuye competencias, propias provocando desempeñen manera eficiente trabajo donde capacidades físicas cognitivas verse reducidas. En paciente, rendimiento jornada relación enfermero-paciente debe tener comunicación efectiva.

Despite increasing interest being given to dysfunctional customer behavior in multiple service sectors, it is unclear how and why different types of (verbal abuse, disproportionate demand, illegitimate complaint) affect frontline employees’ emotional labor during the interactions. Drawing upon conservation resources theory, we propose a conceptual model which verbal complaint differentially influence strategies (surface acting deep acting). Further, boundary conditions these relationships are considered by introducing perceived organizational support orientation as moderators. Using survey data from 436 employees five call centers China, hypotheses were tested through hierarchical regression analysis. The results indicated that abuse exerted positive effects on surface acting. Particularly, weaker when was high. Also, abuse’s effect Customer’s negatively influenced negative demand However, high, complaints weaker.

The practices and overt behaviors of leaders are the immediate causes their impact on organizations; they also dominate discussions effective leadership frequently shape content development programs. However, understanding these is at best a necessary but not complete explanation for its development. This paper delves into three categories "personal resources" that instrumental in explaining behavior particularly leaders. These resources often termed "dispositions," label sometimes used interchangeably with traits, abilities, personal resources, components leader's "capital." emphasis this section (social, psychological, ethical), primarily identified through systematic research methods.
