This study investigates the impact of shareholder activism, board directors (BOD) commitment, and corporate agility on sustainable strategy, with customer capability government regulation as moderating variables. The research addresses a gap in understanding how internal governance factors external pressures jointly influence sustainability practices. Using quantitative approach, data were collected from 147 container depot companies Indonesia through structured questionnaire analyzed using partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM). results show that activism positively influences while BOD commitment significantly impacts but not directly strategy.
