Objectives: The aim of this study was to describe the structure and assess efficacy a patient-centered framework for managing periodontitis, utilizing Bioperio® protocol, standardized treatment approach incorporating both clinical extra-clinical phases. Methods: Patients diagnosed with periodontitis were included in multicenter, single-arm, observational 3-month follow-up. All patients treated following involving professional supra-gingival scaling, oral hygiene instructions, scaling root planing full-mouth approach. In Stage III/IV cases, enamel matrix derivatives (EMD) applied periodontal pockets > 5 mm. Monthly recalls performed until Results: total, 663 enrolled, 76.4% being II/III periodontitis. At 3 months, all parameters improved regardless initial stage achieving pocket closure 75.4% cases patient resolution 91.3% sample. Stages I/II showed significantly outcomes compared IV. adjunct EMDproved beneficial, especially III patients, increasing by 15% doubling odds resolution. No adverse effects protocol observed throughout study. Conclusions: appears be safe effective therapeutic management affected Combining stepwise phases tailored instructions motivational sessions offers comprehensive strategy that may enhance
