Qingwei Huanglian Wan (QHW) is a traditional Chinese medicine used for treating inflammation. As the compositions of QHW preparations are complex and varied, it has proven difficult to identify active ingredients in control quality. In this study, high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) fingerprints, network pharmacology, molecular docking, Griess method were screen verify potential QHW. First, sixteen batches studied as two groups using multivariate statistical analysis. Thirteen peaks detected HPLC results establish fingerprint similarity model, six chemical constituents (phellodendrine hydrochloride, geniposide, berberine baicalin, wogonoside, glycyrrhizic acid) identified. Among these constituents, four components (glycyrrhizic acid, wogonoside) considered ingredients. Second, further elucidate There was no significant difference NO content administration group (dose converted into medium-dose group) group. Then, contents acid determined method. Cardiotoxicity refers to the damage caused heart or vascular system, which has become a significant cause of morbidity and mortality worldwide. Up 20 % adults undergoing cancer treatment may experience cardiotoxicity, with 7 %-10 developing cardiomyopathy failure. Cardiotoxic medications put patients at risk for variety conditions, including cardiac failure (HF), left ventricle (LV) systolic malfunction, arrhythmia, hypertension, coronary artery disease (CAD), ischemia/myocardial infarction. These diseases significantly impact patient's quality life outcomes. Many conventional chemotherapy agents have serious adverse effects. Anthracyclines, alkylating agents, taxanes, topoisomerase inhibitors, antimetabolites are chemotherapeutic that induce cardiotoxicity. Recently, there been an increasing focus on using traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) treat chemotherapy-induced TCM encompasses range practices, such as herbology, acupuncture, dietary therapy, physical exercises like t'ai chi. practices aim enhance flow qi, can alleviate symptoms illness. Although effectiveness not extensively researched supported, scientists begun utilizing scientific methods gain deeper understanding mechanisms underlying TCM. Ongoing research is being conducted determine safety treatments in reducing toxicity. The present study aims evaluate protection efficacy various

Type 1 diabetes (T1D) is a specific autoimmune disease related to genetic and factors. Recent studies have found that the intestinal flora one of important environmental factors in development T1D. The gut microbiota largest human body has significant impact on material energy metabolism. Related floras T1D patients are unbalanced. Compared with normal patients, abundance beneficial bacteria reduced, various pathogenic significantly increased, affecting occurrence diabetes. Medicinal food homologous traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) multicomponent, multitarget, biphasic regulatory effect. Its chemical composition can increase bacteria, improve diversity flora, reduce blood sugar, achieve purpose preventing treating by regulating its metabolites. Therefore, based review T1D, TCM derived from food, this describes relationship between as well research progress interventions for through regulation flora. Background: Oral mucositis is the most common and troublesome complication for cancer patients receiving radiotherapy or chemotherapy. Recent research has shown that Lycium barbarum, an important economic crop widely grown in China, epithelial protective effects several other organs. However, it unknown whether not barbarum can exert a beneficial effect on oral mucositis. Network pharmacology been suggested to be applied “multi-component-multi-target” functional food studies. The purpose of this study evaluate through network pharmacology, molecular docking experimental validation. Aims: To explore biological mechanisms treatment combined with Methods: Based methods, we collected active components related targets from public databases, as well We mapped protein- protein interaction (PPI) networks, performed gene ontology (GO) Kyoto Encyclopedia Genes Genomes (KEGG) enrichment, constructed 'components-disease-targets' 'components- pathways-targets' using Cytoscape further analyse intrinsic against affinity stability predictions were strategies, experiments conducted demonstrate possible Results: A was established between 49 61 OM targets. main compounds quercetin, beta-carotene, palmatine, cyanin. predicted core IL-6, RELA, TP53, TNF, IL10, CTNNB1, AKT1, CDKN1A, HIF1A MYC. enrichment analysis therapeutic mainly regulation inflammation, apoptosis, hypoxia response involvement TNF HIF pathways. Umami peptides have the ability to enhance food flavours and potential health benefits. The objective of this study was conduct a comprehensive investigation into umami intensity, taste mechanism, antioxidant activity six derived from wheat gluten hydrolysates (WGHs) fermented WGHs. e-tongue analysis demonstrated that exhibited direct proportionality in terms value concentration, were capable enhancing commercially available condiments. molecular dynamics simulations interacted with T1R1/T1R3 receptors via hydrogen bonds, hydrophobic interactions, ionic water bridges, thereby producing umami. Furthermore, DPPH, ABTS, hydroxyl radical-scavenging, FRAP assays vitro. Ultimately, network pharmacology docking results indicated AKT1, JUN, CASP3 may serve as core targets for treatment oxidative diseases. In conclusion, work offers novel insights use bioactive peptides, emphasising their prospective applications supplement industries.

Mizuhopecten yessoensis-derived angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitory peptide Asn-Cys-Trp (NCW) has been found that had a significantly in vivo antihypertensive effect. However, the special mechanism of NCW for lowing blood pressure not fully elucidated. This study aimed to screen key targets and elucidate based on network pharmacology molecular docking. A total 70 potential were identified, which mainly enriched in Regulation pressure, Positive regulation smooth muscle cell proliferation, other biological processes; Plasma membrane, Extracellular exosome, cellular components; Endopeptidase activity, Zinc ion binding, functions. Kyoto Encyclopedia Genes Genomes (KEGG) pathway enrichment analysis showed lipid atherosclerosis pathway, relaxin signaling mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) pathways regulate targets. Eleven screened via topology interaction network, i.e., albumin (ALB), matrix metallopeptidase 9 (MMP9), MMP2, insulin like growth factor 1, AKT serine/threonine 1 (IGF1), ACE, nitric oxide synthase 3 (NOS3), peroxisome proliferator activated receptor gamma (PPARG), epidermal (EGFR), catalase (CAT), renin (REN). In addition, docking results high affinities with these targets, hydrogen bonds forces between provided theoretical basis multi-target multi-pathway prevention improvement hypertension NCW.
