The rapid development of generative artificial intelligence (AI) has led to the recognition tools like ChatGPT and its potential transform human resource (HR) management processes, particularly in decision-making. This review study aims assess effectiveness benefits enhancing HR functions, decision-making, identify any challenges ethical considerations involved.
