Abstract In this study, a series of conjugated homopolymers ( P1 and P5 ) random copolymers P2 – P4 by copolymerizing naphthalene diimide (NDI) as the acceptor with varying ratios two donor units, thiophene‐imine‐thiophene (TIT) thiophene‐vinylene‐thiophene (TVT) is developed. The inclusion TIT imparted degradability to under acidic conditions, offering sustainable solution for electronic waste management. Structural analysis revealed that favored edge‐on molecular orientation, while TVT promoted face‐on end‐to‐end orientations. synergistic combination in copolymerization resulted balanced structural functional properties partial conferred using units. copolymer P3 , an optimal equimolar TIT/TVT ratio, demonstrates superior electrical mechanical performance. exhibits initial charge mobility 0.10 cm 2 V⁻¹ s⁻¹ maintained 0.0017 20% strain, significantly outperforming at almost strain levels. also achieved retention 31.3% compared 12.2% . This study enables fine‐tuning solid‐state packing modes orientations, thereby improving both stretchability environmental sustainability materials.

Abstract Conjugated polymer design via random terpolymerization with irregular backbones has emerged as a strategy for stretchable organic electronics, requiring diverse molecular architectures to balance charge carrier mobility ( μ ) and stretchability. In this study, diketopyrrolopyrrole (DPP)‐based conjugated polymers 0%, 5%, 10% Pechmann dye (PDy) units, denoted DP‐T0, DP‐T5, DP‐T10, respectively, are introduced, explore the impact of PDy on structural stretchability through experimental computational analyses. Electrical measurements reveal hole mobilities ranging from 0.01 0.08 cm 2 V⁻¹ s⁻¹, slight decrease content increases. Stretchability tests indicate significant improvements in DP‐T5 DP‐T10 due their loosely packed lamellar structures. Notably, achieves crack onset strain ε c 250% polarization dichroic ratio (PDR) 2.4 under 200% strain, leading 200 / 0 exceeding 5. These results demonstrate that incorporation enhances mechanical DPP‐based while maintaining reasonable electronic performance. This work highlights potential PDy‐based developing semiconductors.
