In 2022, human breast cancer (HBC) and canine mammary tumors (CMTs) remained the most prevalent malignant worldwide, with high recurrence lethality rates, posing a significant threat to dog health. The development of involves multiple signaling pathways, highlighting need for effective inhibitory drugs that target key proteins in these pathways. This article reviews dysregulation EGFR, PI3K/AKT/mTOR, Hippo, pyroptosis, PD-1/PD-L1 pathways HBC CMT, as well corresponding used inhibit tumor growth, aim providing theoretical support more efficient drugs.
