Alzheimer's disease (AD) is a central nervous system degenerative with insidious onset and gradual development caused by selective progressive loss of neurons. The 5xFAD mouse relatively mature model AD. However, the behavioral research on female more focused changes late memory function, exploration its early pathological still incomplete.
