Alzheimer's disease (AD) is a central nervous system degenerative with insidious onset and gradual development caused by selective progressive loss of neurons. The 5xFAD mouse relatively mature model AD. However, the behavioral research on female more focused changes late memory function, exploration its early pathological still incomplete. This aims to explore in emotional function (including anxiety depression), motor ability, amyloid plaques, glial cell response neurogenesis hippocampus mice stage, laying foundation for comprehensive mechanism results this study found that 4-month-old mainly showed decline without other dysfunction. Accompanied large amount protein plaques deposited hippocampus, it induced microglia astrocytes, decreased significantly age, especially mice, which resulted decrease number new may be an important reason stage.
