Alzheimer's
disease
(AD)
is
a
central
nervous
system
degenerative
with
insidious
onset
and
gradual
development
caused
by
selective
progressive
loss
of
neurons.
The
5xFAD
mouse
relatively
mature
model
AD.
However,
the
behavioral
research
on
female
more
focused
changes
late
memory
function,
exploration
its
early
pathological
still
incomplete.
This
aims
to
explore
in
emotional
function
(including
anxiety
depression),
motor
ability,
amyloid
plaques,
glial
cell
response
neurogenesis
hippocampus
mice
stage,
laying
foundation
for
comprehensive
mechanism
results
this
study
found
that
4-month-old
mainly
showed
decline
without

dysfunction.

astrocytes,
decreased
significantly
age,

mice,
which
resulted
decrease
