Milk is a fundamental component of the human diet, owing to its substantial nutritional content. In addition, milk contains nanoparticles called extracellular vesicles (EVs), which have indicated their potential beneficial roles such as cell-to-cell communication, disease biomarkers, and therapeutics agents. Amidst other types EVs, EVs (MEVs) significance due high abundance, easy access, stability in harsh environmental conditions, low pH gut. There been plenty studies conducted evaluate therapeutic bovine MEVs over past few years, attention has given engineering for drug delivery targeted therapy. However, there gap between experimental findings available clinical trials many challenges related EV isolation, cargo, uniformity material. This review aims provide comprehensive comparison various techniques isolation offers summary described last decade, analyzing further applications. Although number aspects still need be elucidated, data point role candidate with potential, supplementation would pave way understanding in-depth effects.
