BACKGROUND:
The
spread
of
coronavirus
disease
2019
(COVID-19)
has
significantly
diminished
worldwide,
but
post-COVID-19
psychological
experiences
are
rarely
documented.
Understanding
the
individual
needs
and
challenges
working
during
COVID-19
pandemic,
as
well
resilience
health
in
continuing
work
its
aftermath,
is
essential.
OBJECTIVE:
objective
to
explore
nurses’
perspectives
on
confidence
following
pandemic.
METHODS:
A
descriptive
phenomenological
design
purposive
sampling
approach
was
employed.
Registered
nurses
at
largest
organization
Qatar,
which
includes
14
facilities,
were
invited
participate
this
study.
Seventeen
who
facilities
deployed
first,
second,
third
waves
participated
interviews.
Data
collected
through
semi-structured
face-to-face
interviews
analyzed
using
inductive
thematic
analysis.
RESULTS:
transformation

summarized
into
three
themes:
Fear
zone,
learning
growth
zone.

contributed
confidence,

nurses.

stressful

Abstract
Background
The
presence

nurses

disasters
can
lead
to
many
consequences.
Understanding

nurses’
experiences

ABSTRACT
The
coronavirus
disease
2019
(COVID‐19)
placed
an
unprecedented
burden
on
the
global
healthcare
system,
severely
affecting
physical
and
mental
health
of
workers,
particularly
nurses.
Nurses
faced
immense
workloads,
increased
infection
risks,
uncertainty,
public
scrutiny.
Despite
these
challenges,
nurses
were
lauded
for
their
dedication
resilience
in
confronting
pandemic.
Many
experienced
mortality,
morbidity,
post‐COVID
sequelae.
This
review
integrates
psychological
literature
from
2020
to
2022,
utilizing
Whittemore
Knafl's
integrative
method.
A
total
22
studies
met
inclusion
criteria,
focusing
how
demonstrated
during
COVID‐19
crisis.
Most
reported
a
moderate
level
resilience,
with
mean
score
62.54.
Factors
such
as
positive
acceptance
