This descriptive, cross-sectional, and correlational study investigated the effect of burnout on nurses' professional commitment during COVID-19 pandemic. Nurses have been experiencing high levels since onset However, we know little about how affects their commitment. The was conducted between March 2021 April 2021. sample consisted 671 nurses.
