Associations between paramedics' salutogenic health experience and the intention to stay in the profession: A cross‐sectional survey

Abstract Aim To investigate the association between paramedics' salutogenic health and their intentions to stay in profession. Design A cross‐sectional survey. Methods Paramedics from eight purposively selected organizations participated this study ( n = 433). The data were collected 2022 with Salutogenic Health Indicator Scale validated single questions that assessed work ability, recovery self‐rated stress.
