Parents often struggle with discipline as well how best to support their children's social and emotional growth. Unfortunately, many pediatricians, nurses, teachers, other professionals involved in the lives of young children families lack formal training and/or time address parenting questions concerns. And, although evidence‐based programs do exist, impact is limited by low rates uptake. Logistical barriers implementation workforce shortages limit availability, even when available, face numerous obstacles enrolling completing programs. From a public health perspective, accessibility exposure severely potential for reducing prevalence behavioral problems promoting psychological wellbeing.

Abstract Introduction The prevalence of overweight and obesity is increasing in America, contributing to various health risks. Glucagon‐like peptide‐1 (GLP‐1) gastric inhibitory peptide (GIP) receptor agonists have bloomed popularity due their efficacy United States Food Drug Administration (FDA) approval for weight loss, igniting on social media. This study focuses the role TikTok™ (ByteDance, Haidian, Beijing, China), a popular media platform, disseminating understandable actionable information about side effects loss medications. Methods analyzed top 50 TikTok videos each following hashtags: #ozempicsideeffects, #semaglutidesideeffects, #mounjarosideeffects, #wegovysideeffects. Videos were evaluated based understandability actionability using Patient Education Materials Assessment Tool (PEMAT) audio‐visual (AV) products. PEMAT‐AV scores compared between hashtags utilizing one‐way analysis variance (ANOVA). An alpha 0.05 was used, with Bonferroni correction. Results A total 165 reviewed scores. visibility reached over 19.4 million views. majority personal experiences (89%), only 5% being care education videos. average all 43% 20%, respectfully. data presented difference searched both evaluation scores, p ‐values <0.001 0.093, respectively.
