Background: Stachys alpina is a medicinal plant from the Lamiaceae family whose biological potential remains poorly explored. Methods: The aim of this study was to comprehensively assess pol-yphenol profile, macro- and microelement composition, antioxidant, an-ti-diabetic, anti-obesity activities various organs (leaves, flowers, stems, roots). Results: leaves flowers exhibited highest concentration phenolic compounds, while anthocyanins were detected exclusively in (215.05 mg/100 g dry matter (dm)) constituted 3% total polyphenols. Verbas-coside chlorogenic acid most abundant polyphenols, reaching 4618.88 3277.83 mg/ 100 dm leaves. ABTS FRAP scavenging activity observed (19.30 7.62 mmol TE/g dm, respectively). Principal component analysis demonstrated strong correlation between polyphenol content antioxidant (ABTS-r= 0.87 FRAP-r = 0.90), which further confirmed by Pearson’s coefficients. also highlighted significant impact mineral composition on activity—calcium magnesium dominated stems (10,100 3900 mg/kg) roots (9200 3100 mg/kg), supporting functioning an-tioxidant enzymes, zinc manganese (89.43 155.33 con-tributed intense metabolic processes. Conclusions: S. aplina could serve as valuable source natural antioxidants enzyme inhibitors associated with glucose lipid metabolism, suggesting its promising application prevention management disorders..
