The
naturally
occurring
polymers,
chitosan
(CH)
and
poly(N-vinyl-pyrrolidone
(PVP),
have
attracted
the
interest
of
researchers
in
a
variety
biomedical
pharmaceutical
applications
areas,
such
as
drug
delivery,
cosmetics,
tissue
engineering.
However,
PVP
CH
certain
limitations
for
use
controlled
aqueous
CH/PVP
mixed
solutions.
In
this
study
solutions
with
same
concentration
10
g/l
pH
6
were
under
atmospheric
conditions.
effects
temperature
molar
volume
fraction,
X1,
on
decreased
dynamic
viscosity
studied
at
various
temperatures
ranging
from
15
°C
to
80
°C.
We
highlighted
that
different
regions
can
be
distinguished

depending

The
present
article
reviews
the
uses
of
biopolymer
chitosan
(CH)
and
its
derivatives
as
versatile
biomaterials
for
potential
drug
delivery
systems,
well
tissue
engineering
applications,
analgesia
treatment
arthritis.
CH
derivatives,
natural
antimicrobial
agents,
can
be
applied
in
biomedical,
biotechnological,
pharmaceutical
applications.
Its
activity
depends
on
many
factors,
such
molecular
size,
source,
associated
components,
concentration
type
microorganism.
In
addition,
our
research
described
here,
we
prepared
characterized
dynamic
viscosity
rheological
properties
a

based
CH/CaCl2
solution.
