Abstract In this study, we examine the relationship between various ethical motivations and types of corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities to better understand drivers green consumption behavior in context sustainability. The behind sustainability are rooted distinct considerations. We identified ideologies, derived from two dimensions Ethical Position questionnaire—idealism relativism—as proposed by Forsyth (1980). Data for study were gathered using convenience sampling, with 1100 questionnaires distributed across China Pakistan, ultimately yielding 476 valid responses 503 Pakistan after data cleaning. ABSTRACT Tracking the economic development of local governments in emerging economies is difficult with conventional data. This paper shows that nighttime luminosity lights can be used as a reliable proxy for growth at county level. To access this, research employs time‐varying difference‐in‐difference technique, utilizing longitudinal data set level to scrutinize incentive effects this Province Managing County (PMC) reform on using lights. The analysis reveals fiscal incentives introduced by and achieved through alleviating stress providing expenditure autonomy significantly impact activity influence government policy decisions. outcomes manifest more conspicuously regions dense those characterized market‐driven efficiencies industrial upgradation.
