The rapid growth of educational technology highlights the essential need for personalized learning in blended environments. This study uses Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) methodologies, including Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), Fuzzy AHP, and Network (ANP), to evaluate prioritize personalization strategies EdTech platforms. research identifies data-driven adaptive as most critical strategy (36.46%), followed by AI-powered content recommendations (15.46%) paths (15.11%). The integration of artificial intelligence (AI) in education, exemplified by tools like ChatGPT, represents a transformative shift teaching and learning methodologies. This study explores ChatGPT’s role advancing personalized learning, empowering educators, enhancing accessibility within educational ecosystems. Using systematic literature review supported bibliometric analysis, the paper identifies key trends insights into AI-driven technologies. Findings demonstrate ChatGPT's capacity to personalize instruction generating adaptive content, delivering real-time feedback, facilitating curriculum development. It also alleviates educators' workloads through automated grading, lesson planning, administrative support.
