Abstract To effectively combat infectious osteoporosis, Ti‐based implants with enhanced antibacterial and osseointegrative properties are urgently required. Herein, a one‐step method involving Mg thermal‐reduction is employed to modify hydroxyapatite (HA) array on Ti, which comprises an inner TiO 2 layer outer nanorod‐like HA layer. This process introduces oxygen vacancies (OVs) into the deposits Mg─O‐contained amorphous nanolayer each nanorod. The introduced OVs enhance reactive species (ROS) yield by during ultrasound treatment via narrowing bandgap improving H O molecules absorption. produced ROS, combined weak alkaline microenvironment created degraded Mg─O nanolayer, endows potent bacterial‐killing biofilm‐eradicating efficacies within 5 min combination of proton‐consumption cell envelop‐detriment effects. Moreover, due released 2+ , hinders osteoclastogenesis activating inflammation‐related FAK‐PI3K‐AKT signaling pathway in macrophages, as revealed transcriptomic analysis, resulting robust osseointegration rat femoral shaft concurrent bacterial‐infection osteoporosis. work paves new way for simultaneously endowing sonosensitive coating Ti sonodynamic treatment‐derived high ability microenvironment‐mediated strong osteoporosis treatment.
