Rapid and multiplexed detection of biomarkers plays an indispensable role in disease diagnosis. Although paper-based lateral flow immunoassays have been widely used this field, the speediness throughput are still challenging issues. Herein, electrochemical vertical immunoassay device (eVFID) is fabricated for rapid, ultrasensitive, inflammatory biomarkers. Working electrodes with excellent performance permeability properties were directly on nitrocellulose membrane to enable both sample solution detection. This configuration can remarkably improve effectively inhibit cross-talk reactions among immunomolecules, thus allowing rapid simultaneous Furthermore, a signal amplification strategy based horseradish peroxidase tetramethylbenzidine was integrated into eVFID substantially increase sensitivity A low limit 0.1 0.22 pg mL-1 obtained two low-abundance biomarkers, interleukin-6 (IL-6) procalcitonin (PCT), respectively. Finally, using two-channel eVFID, IL-6 PCT human plasma samples successfully realized within 5 min. We believe that holds great promise speedy high-throughput biomarker at point care.
