Superhydrophobic polyurethanes offer robust hydrophobicity and corrosion resistance. However, it is essential to consider the durability environmental constraints associated with these materials. This study prepared a bio-based superhydrophobic polyurethane coating film using epoxidized soybean oil, superhydrophobically modified silica nanoparticles, OH-PDMS-OH as surface modifiers. The exhibited sustained super-hydrophobicity an excellent antifouling effect for pu-erh tea edible oils, among other substances, after 14 days of immersion in solutions different pH values, 28 exposure air, 2000 abrasion cycles. finding can be applied development daily indoor outdoor protective coatings provides new method preparation green durable films.
