Abstract Magic‐sized nanoclusters (MSCs) have been attracting enduring interest by virtue of the quantum confinement effect, discrete energy band structure, and enriched catalytic active sites. Nevertheless, up to date, exploration MSCs artificial photosystems fine‐tuning spatial vectorial charge transfer in photoredox catalysis so far scarcely reported. Hence, we employed a facile easily accessible layer‐by‐layer (LbL) assembly strategy highly ordered, alternately, periodically deposit oppositely charged tailor‐made transition metal chalcogenides (TMCs) non‐conjugated polymer (NCP) building blocks on MO substrate, resulting MO/(NCP‐TMCs MSCs) n multilayer heterostructures. It is affirmed that ultra‐thin NCP uniformly intercalated at interface every TMCs layer fosters unidirectional electron flow from substrate with assistance NCP, moreover multilayered configuration benefits establishment cascade tandem route, synergistically giving rise significantly enhanced separation boosted solar water oxidation performances MO/(TMCs MSCs‐NCP) heterostructure under simulated light irradiation. Our work elucidates specific roles as relay mediators photosensitizers, affording quintessential paradigm rationally regulate photocarrier transport over for conversion.
