Large amplitude and high damping play a crucial role in improving sound quality low-frequency performance of loudspeakers, making it widely applied electronic devices such as cellphones, tablets, laptops. However, traditional moving-coil loudspeakers have poor performances, the diaphragm which is prone to fracture when large excursion applied. In this study, novel ethyl acrylate rubber (AEM) was fabricated through solvent casting thermoforming assembled make microspeakers (i.e., miniature loudspeakers) with excellent frequency response, amplitude, performances. Meanwhile, acoustic properties different samples were compared, relationships between resonance elastic modulus linear range, frequency, mechanical resistance total-driver losses revealed validated by calculations stiffness driver suspension Q-factor driver. The “AEM-90-5” study exhibit significant symmetric excursions; meanwhile, future studies could be optimized compositions based on these samples.
