Abstract This study tackles the challenge of upscaling perovskite solar modules (PSMs) to attain high power conversion efficiencies (PCEs) suitable for industrial applications. Through systematic experimentation, a remarkable PCE 17.68% PSMs fabricated on substrate with dimensions 15.6 cm×15.6 cm is achieved. By refining cell interconnection design, geometric fill factor (GFF) 96.4% obtained, marking significant milestone in bridging performance gap between individual cells and modules. Building this success, it tested large‐area panels (PSPs) an area 0.73 m 2 , integrating optimized PSMs. work not only demonstrates feasibility large‐scale perovskite‐based photovoltaic systems but also sets new benchmark scalability these technologies, paving way their practical application renewable energy generation.
