The ability to reversibly exhibit structural color patterns has positioned photonic crystals (PCs) at the forefront of anti-counterfeiting. Anti-smudge coating materials have a broad prospect, but they are susceptible to wear from nails and sand. Therefore, the potential application of such coatings on glass substrates needs features as superhardness high transparency. However, realizing these key properties combined with anti-smudge function is significantly challenging. In this work, we show conceptional nanoparticle pattern designing strategy materials, inspired by stepping cobblestone roads foot feeling only hardness stones. Abstract Tin‐based metal–oxo clusters have recently garnered considerable attention in high‐energy irradiation lithography because of their nanoscale patterning capabilities. However, achieving sub‐10 nm resolution remains a challenge due to uncontrolled latent image gradients after exposure. In this study, the development mechanism Sn4–oxo cluster is investigated using molecular polarity index model. Resolutions 8 and 17 are successfully achieved for Sn4‐TF electron beam (EBL) extreme ultraviolet (EUVL), respectively. A novel pre‐irradiation modification strategy proposed enhance sensitivity by one‐third both EBL EUVL. The experimental findings theoretical analysis demonstrate that deep (DUV) primarily degrades organic ligands promotes Sn–O–Sn crosslinking, whereas EUVL drive hydrocarbon crosslinking among clusters. This study deepens our understanding Sn–oxo photolithographic reaction mechanisms, offering critical insights optimizing developers enhancing sensitivity. These expected aid realization node technology.

Abstract The low porosity of metal‐organic framework glass makes it difficult to prepare membranes with high permeability. Photonic crystal-based ethanol concentration indicators with rapid response and brilliant structural color output definitely take a place in colorimetric sensors. Here, based on the H-bond-regulated swelling of acrylate shape memory polymers (SMPs) solvent-induced change double inverse opal photonic crystals (DIOPCs), new-type (PCs) were constructed, exhibiting span maximum reflection wavelength (λmax) up to ∼166 nm alcohols concentrations from 0 100 vol %. DIOPC (DIOPCIs) show (<1.5 s) different colors (covering blue red). The sensing mechanism includes solvent-triggered recovery skeleton, cosolvency effect H-bonds induced swelling/shrinkage polymer, phase separation between polystyrene (PS) microsphere polymer light diffraction DIOPCs. Abstract Sonodynamic therapy (SDT) is a novel cancer treatment type showing the advantages of high tissue penetration ability, non‐invasion, low systemic toxicity, and selectivity. However, SDT depends on ultrasound (US) irradiation; once US turned off, sonosensitizer will stop producing reactive oxygen species (ROS). Moreover, most sonosensitizers generate oxygen‐dependent ROS, that is, singlet ( 1 O 2 ), significantly limiting therapeutic effect in treating deep hypoxic tumor. Therefore, combining with other modalities essential. Here, we designed synthesized series cisplatin‐coordinated copolythiophenes CPT‐Pts simultaneously generating , superoxide anion, hydroxyl radicals for synergistic chemotherapy The sonodynamic toxicity cytotoxicity were accurately regulated by tuning monomer ratio polythiophene. This copolymerization strategy avoids side effects originating from high‐dose drug while making up relying ultrasonic activation, effectively inhibiting cells tumors.
