Objectives: To review the progress of Platelet Rich Fibrin (PRF) as a biomaterial in dentistry and to highlight its promising application safe biocompatible autologous platelet concentrate. Publications were searched GeenMedical, X-mol, GoogleScholar, PubMed from October 2024 with no language restrictions. The literature was for relevant databases journals on use PRFs up 2024, inclusion criteria included randomized controlled trials, clinical case series, systematic reviews. Conclusion: PRF is second-generation concentrate that sourced oneself, has fewer adverse effects, simple prepare. These materials include growth factors fibrin scaffolds, which are extensively utilized regenerative medicine. By outlining PRF, we found good results can be achieved when used treat these conditions. Clinical significance: widespread, particularly periodontal soft hard tissue regeneration, oral lichen planus, pulpal regeneration. This article reviews background, classification, preparation methods PRFs, along their dental applications. We anticipate further research various derivatives future, will significantly improve utilization applications offer fresh insights diagnosing treating diseases.

Abstract Biomimetic mineralized collagen (BMC) scaffolds represent an innovative class of bone‐repair biomaterials inspired by the natural biomineralization process in bone tissue. Owing to their favorable biocompatibility and mechanical properties, BMC have garnered significant attention tissue engineering. However, most studies overlooked importance bioactivity, resulting with suboptimal osteogenic potential. In this review, composition extracellular matrix (ECM) is discussed provide guidance for biomimetic mineralization. Subsequently, according detailed fabrication procedure scaffolds, substances that can regulate both biological activities summarized. Furthermore, a potential strategy developing superior properties engineering proposed.

Abstract Background Rotator cuff injury is one of the common injuries motor system, which often manifested as shoulder joint pain, limited movement, weakness and even atrophy muscles around joint, accounting for 50% ~ 85% diseases. Tissue engineering uses synthetic or natural biological materials scaffolds, combined with seed cells cytokines to construct implants repair tissue defects, replace rebuild structure organs, maintain improve function tissues organs. In recent years, application tools tendine-bone interface in addressing rotator has emerged a prominent research area. However, no authors have conducted bibliometric visual analysis this field. Methods study, articles related muscular dystrophy omics since 2000 were retrieved from WoSCC, analyzed statistically visually by CiteSpace, VOSViewer R.Results A total 340 papers collected number increasing year year. The published 150 journals 1,588 co-authors 450 institutions 35 countries. 16,116 2,758 cited. Authors US most cited most, other countries also made considerable contributions. Conclusion This first time that results field been visualized through systematic data retrieval variety tools. Through these data, we summarized previous scholars prospected future field.
