Objectives:
To
review
the
progress
of
Platelet
Rich
Fibrin
(PRF)
as
a
biomaterial
in
dentistry
and
to
highlight
its
promising
application
safe
biocompatible
autologous
platelet
concentrate.
Publications
were
searched
GeenMedical,
X-mol,
GoogleScholar,
PubMed
from
October
2024
with
no
language
restrictions.
The
literature
was
for
relevant
databases
journals
on
use
PRFs
up
2024,
inclusion
criteria
included
randomized
controlled
trials,
clinical
case
series,
systematic
reviews.
Conclusion:
PRF
is
second-generation
concentrate
that
sourced
oneself,
has
fewer
adverse
effects,
simple
prepare.
These
materials
include
growth
factors
fibrin
scaffolds,
which
are
extensively
utilized
regenerative
medicine.
By
outlining
PRF,
we
found
good
results
can
be
achieved
when
used

Abstract
Biomimetic
mineralized
collagen
(BMC)
scaffolds
represent
an
innovative
class
of
bone‐repair
biomaterials
inspired
by
the
natural
biomineralization
process
in
bone
tissue.
Owing
to
their
favorable
biocompatibility
and
mechanical
properties,
BMC
have
garnered
significant
attention
tissue
engineering.
However,
most
studies
overlooked
importance
bioactivity,
resulting
with
suboptimal
osteogenic
potential.
In
this
review,

extracellular
matrix
(ECM)
is

for

AbstractBackground
Rotator
cuff
injury
is
one
of
the
common
injuries
motor
system,
which
often
manifested
as
shoulder
joint
pain,
limited
movement,
weakness
and
even
atrophy
muscles
around
joint,
accounting
for
50%

85%
diseases.
Tissue
engineering
uses
synthetic
or
natural
biological
materials
scaffolds,
combined
with
seed
cells
cytokines
to
construct
implants
repair
tissue
defects,
replace
rebuild
structure
organs,
maintain
improve
function
tissues
organs.
In
recent
years,
application
