In this study, a simple, green, and low-cost room temperature synthesis of broccoli-like silver nanoflowers (AgNF) with particle size about 300-500 nm was developed using plant-derived caffeic acid as reducing agent polyvinylpyrrolidone dispersant under ultrasound assistance. The flower clusters covered by small nanocrystals 20-50 significantly enhance the electromagnetic field signals. AgNF deposited on surface silicon wafers surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy sensor for detection probe molecules such rhodamine 6G (R6G) malachite green high sensitivity, homogeneity, reproducibility. cotton fabrics in form composites to catalyze degradation dye pollutants R6G, MG, methyl orange presence sodium borohydride. 0.1 g AgNF/cotton fabric could assist 15 mmol/L NaBH
