A substitution box (S-box) is a fundamental component in cryptographic algorithms that enhance data security by providing complex mapping between input and output values. Two fundamental prerequisites are needed for symmetric encryption techniques. Diffusion is the first of them. Confusion most significant and second factor. The procedure will therefore hard crack if cryptographically sound. Getting powerful S-box, however, challenging issue. Recent research has demonstrated that security cryptosystem may significantly improved by switching from static dynamic S-boxes. Consequently, it now essential create new, secure In paper, we proposed practical method generating S-boxes using specific class hyperelliptic curves defined over prime fields. involves selecting large number random integer parameters, iterating through candidate points on curve, applying filtering condition extract valid points. These then processed two-dimensional function modular reduction produce list unique values. If 256 values obtained, they reshaped into [Formula: see text] matrix. Computational results show our approach can with level similar certain existing constructed alternative mathematical structures. Compared solutions, exhibits exceptional non-linearity resilience, effectively fending off both linear differential assaults. investigation highlight how well curve-based works improve medical picture security.
