The prolonged use of pyrethroid insecticides for controlling the plant bug Lygus pratensis has led to upward resistance. This study aims elucidate molecular mechanisms and potential regulatory pathways associated with lambda-cyhalothrin resistance in L. pratensis. In this study, we constructed a network by integrating transcriptome RNA-Seq proteome iTRAQ sequencing analyses one lambda-cyhalothrin-susceptible strain two resistant strains, annotating key gene families detoxification, identifying differentially expressed genes proteins, screening transcription factors involved regulation detoxification metabolism, examining metabolic A total 82,919 unigenes were generated following assembly data. Of these, 24,859 received functional annotations, while 1064 differential proteins functionally annotated, 1499 belonging 64 distinct factor identified. Notably, 66 metabolism classified within zf-C2H2, Homeobox, THAP, MYB, bHLH, HTH, HMG, bZIP families. Co-analysis revealed that CYP6A13 was significantly up-regulated at both transcriptional translational levels. GO KEGG enrichment co-up-regulated DEGs DEPs enriched related sphingolipid Terpenoid backbone biosynthesis, ABC transporters, RNA transport, peroxisome function, as well other signaling metabolism.
