Amid China’s “dual carbon” goals of achieving carbon peaking and neutrality, understanding the spatial dynamics emissions is essential for promoting coordinated regional decarbonization. This study takes a systems perspective to investigate drivers network structures across 31 Chinese provinces from 2000 2022. Utilizing Spatial Durbin Model (SDM) alongside social analysis (SNA), it examines both spillover effects key economic innovation-related factors structural characteristics interprovincial transmission networks. The main findings include following: (1) significant autocorrelation in provincial emissions, indicating strong cross-regional effects; (2) nonlinear, inverted U-shaped relationship between green innovation where initially rise before declining as matures; (3) dual impact human capital, which increases local but reduces neighboring regions through knowledge diffusion; (4) identification such Shaanxi, Henan Hubei central nodes within emission network, acting influential hubs emissions. highlights importance differentiated policy design based on centrality advocates systemic governance framework that promotes technology diffusion, talent mobility, collaborative control provinces. integrated SDM-SNA approach provides novel complexity large economies offers flexible can be adapted other national or subnational settings.

Purpose Drawing on the componential theory of creativity, purpose this study is to introduce concept innovative green human resource management (IGHRM) and how GHRM innovation (GI) integrate foster IGHRM, affecting psychological climate (PGC), in-role (GIB) extra-role (GEB) behaviors creativity (GC) implement carbon credit success in textile manufacturing small medium-sized enterprises. Design/methodology/approach Using a quantitative survey with multi-stage sampling ( n = 412), top-level employees were targeted. SPSS, WarpPLS Smart PLS 4 first- second-order models used handle data analysis. Findings The results showed that significantly influenced PGC. GI failed increase positive PGC because lack GHRM. Resultantly, IGHRM success. Additionally, influences GIB GEB but not GC directly. In turn, GC. moderates relationship only if there are practices (i.e. compensation rewards, employment involvement, performance management, recruitment selection training development). When high innovative, remains relatively stagnant or even declines. Originality/value This unique research empirically validate make hours successful Pakistani sector. investigates integration PGC, thereby influencing for
