Antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibody (ANCA)-associated vasculitis (AAV) is a multisystem autoimmune disease with small-vessel involvement. In AAV, microscopic polyangiitis (MPA) and granulomatosis (GPA) are major clinicopathologic variants. addition, myeloperoxidase (MPO) proteinase 3 (PR3) target antigens. The objective of the study was to explore predictive factors for long-term survival in AAV patients. A multicenter retrospective carried out on 407 patients between 2005 2020. Clinical parameters were obtained from laboratory tests including ANCA types, antinuclear (ANA), extractable nuclear antigen (ENA), anti-streptolysin O (ASO), glomerular filtration rate (GFR), examinations blood routine, liver function, renal immunity, etc. data clinical collected electronic medical records (EMRs), patient acquired through regular follow-up. association overall (OS) along 3-year 5-year rates analyzed, nomogram as model established according analysis results. present study, 336 (82.6%) 46 (11.3%) diagnosed MPA GPA, respectively. mean median OS all 2,285 2,290 days, 1-year, 3-year, 5-year, 10-year cumulative 84.2%, 76.3%, 57.2%, 32.4%, Univariate multivariate analyses indicated that independent prognostic included age, pathological categories (MPA, other types), serum types (negative or positive MPO and/or PR3), ANA, ASO, GFR, lymphocyte, neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio (NLR), C-reactive protein (CRP), these except ASO used construct nomogram. had C-index 0.721 (95% CI 0.676-0.766). calibration curves showed predicted values generally consistent practical observed values, decision curve (DCA) further demonstrated practicability accuracy model. Blood storage promotes the rapid depletion of red blood cell (RBC) high-energy adenosine triphosphate (ATP) and 2,3-diphosphoglycerate (DPG), which are critical regulators erythrocyte physiology function, as well oxygen kinetics posttransfusion survival. Numerous studies have suggested that the hemoglobin-to-red blood cell distribution width ratio (HRR) is associated with onset, progression, and prognosis of various diseases. However, to best our knowledge, no research has conducted statistical analyses determine association between HRR stroke. This cross-sectional study was among adults complete data on hemoglobin-red stroke from 2005–2018 National Health Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES). calculated by dividing hemoglobin (HGB) in grams per deciliter (g/dL) red (RDW).
