Gestión Efectiva del Talento Humano en las PYMES Agrícolas

El presente estudio se basa en analizar la importancia de gestión del talento humano el sector agrícola abordando diversos enfoques para atracción, retención, formación, evaluación rendimiento y bienestar institucional. Por lo tanto, objetivo es determinar impacto estos sostenibilidad competitividad las PYMES agrícolas.
