The domain of decision‐making theory has made significant progress, especially within the industrial and management fields. Diverse challenges such as multicriteria (MCDM), multiattribute (MADM), group (MAGDM) have been thoroughly examined, equipping decision‐makers with effective strategies for tackling these issues. In context automotive industry, a specific hurdle emerges when identifying most suitable site establishing warehouse to store goods destined multiple destinations. This article addresses scenario amid uncertainty, leveraging substantial data. Neutrosophic sets (NSs) emerge comprehensive tool effectively managing imprecision inherent in Among sets, single‐valued neutrosophic (SVNSs) stand out due their adeptness handling inconsistent or incomplete octagonal numbers (OSVNNs) new representing uncertainty information simplified manner. Octagonal structure allows different distinctions truth, neutrality, falsity any complex situation it is an efficient compare options based on level ambiguity. They wide range applications various fields, becoming increasingly important addressing many difficult uncertain aims propose ranking function OSVNNs convert OSVNN data into precise values, drawing from existing mean interval method (MIM). conventional approaches weighted sum model (WSM), product (WPM), technique order preference by similarity ideal solution (TOPSIS), VlseKriterijumska Optimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje (VIKOR) are employed obtain optimal location using OSVN application. Furthermore, demonstrates application along proposed software MATLAB determine favorable alternatives. Finally, sensitivity analyses performed assess how scenarios could impact selection logistics.
