Indonesian

deeply
rooted

Hita
Karana
philosophy,
emphasizing
harmony
with
environment,
creates
fertile
ground
for
eco-innovation
hotels.
Understanding
drivers
is
crucial
given
delicate
ecosystem
booming
tourism.
A
survey
of
178
hotel
employees
reveals
innovation
as
key
mediator.
Green
transformational
leadership
HRM
positively
influence
through
fostering
eco-innovation.
Notably,
plays
role
context
due
to
Foundation.
These
findings
offer
valuable
insights
hoteliers,
policymakers,
researchers.
By
implementing
strong
eco-innovation,

hotels
