This article examines diverse approaches to international cooperation aimed at advancing digital transformation in technical and vocational education training (TVET), using the UNESCO Chair on Digitalization TVET Shenzhen Polytechnic University as a case study. Through thematic analysis of Chair's activities from March 2023 2024, study has identified four key approaches: (1) fostering global dialogue TVET; (2) contributing learning community via open educational resources; (3) strengthening regional capacities for through leadership teacher training; (4) building synergistic ecosystem cross-sectoral partnerships. The findings highlight role facilitating knowledge sharing, capacity building, collaborative projects among stakeholders.
