The purpose of this paper was to determine whether tipping could reduce labour costs in the petroleum products retail sector.The research we present designed on basis survey results gathered from Slovenian petrol stations 2009 and 2010.We have identified following factors process: job satisfaction, flexibility, service quality, motivation factor receiving tips.The analysis showed correlation between methods used increase value tips better increased financial numerical motivation, satisfaction upon receipt method tips.In order decrease propose that management take control integrates into reward system.Also, employees should be made aware about how improves increases their income.

SUMMARY This paper discusses and evaluates tourism higher education in Turkey. Turkish universities have been offering associate, bachelor, postgraduate degree programs since the early 1990s. However, there major problems challenges this endeavor, including lack of qualified academic staff, improperly designed curriculums, limited practical training opportunities for students, difficulties keeping graduates industry. So far, it is hard to claim that Turkey has developed contemporary policies plans. If gain more from long term, essential country improve standards education. achieve this, some radical cultural structural reforms are needed, not only education, but also country's overall system.

This exploratory study established the gender composition of hospitality programs and compared program characteristics to provide a foundation for future research in various areas. A nationwide assessment 136 throughout United States was undertaken, with more than 65% directors chairs contributing specific information about their undergraduate populations. Results from this highlight current students (66.7% female) faculty (39.6% comparison key characteristics, including credit hours work experience requirements. Specific suggestions are made that could support planning efforts foster educationally based or related ideas future.
