The leadership literature suggests that a servant style can reduce negative employee outcomes, even in challenging work environments such as the educational sector, where teachers play key role social development. This research aimed to evaluate effect of on happiness and organizational justice. An explanatory study was carried out including 210 men women who declared they perform teaching activities, aged between 21 68 years (M = 38.63, SD 10.00). data were collected using self-report scale leadership, justice, obtaining an adequate measurement model (α 0.902 0.959; CR 0.923 0.963; AVE 0.604 0.631; VIF 1.880 2.727). theoretical evaluated Partial Least-Squares PLS-SEM method. According results, hypotheses confirmed, demonstrating there is significant positive (β 0.69; p < 0.001) justice 0.24; 0.61; 0.001). provides valuable insight for leaders seeking improve perceptions their organizations promotes achieve this goal.
