Compassionate Systems Leadership (CSL) is a multi-level, multi-institutional, multi-disciplinary approach to human service work (such as teaching) that seeks within and between systems support learners. With robust connections positive education Indigenous principles of learning, CSL promising for integrating pedagogy in schools. This chapter will describe how incorporating into pre-service teacher training particularly rich opportunity embed the intended outcomes education. By nurturing, promoting, helping sustain conditions well-being be supported, represents viable supporting good mental health, life satisfaction, social responsibility; it provides framework ways which people who are themselves embedded invested might each other co-creating more hopeful future while also engaging collective care present.
