Our present understanding of genomic architecture is based on incremental addition the manner in which genes are expressed. At present, there no theoretical model architecture. This largely because genomics focused how genome operates and not has evolved. In absence any such ontological perspective, cannot be formalized. chapter seeks to fill this lacuna.
