The rapid advancement of smart home technologies has created new opportunities for biohacking, an interdisciplinary field focused on optimizing human biology and psychology through intentional environmental lifestyle modifications. While biohacking encompasses a wide range strategies, including nutrition, supplementation, wearable health technology, the role systems in enhancing physiological cognitive functions remains underexplored. This review examines integration innovations, such as circadian lighting, chromotherapy, air water purification, ergonomic furniture, acoustic optimization, monitoring systems, biophilic design, within environments.
