Key factors contributing to postgraduate students’ success: Making a case for Coronavirus-19 and beyond

education

with
detrimental
effects
on
supervision
of
postgraduate
students
and
their
success.
Higher
institutions
(HEIs)
shut
down
observe
COVID-19
protocols
minimise
spread
virus.
University
closures
forced
postgraduate-supervision
processes
be
conducted
online,
resulting
in
experiencing
many
challenges,
such
as,
loss
social
networks
interaction,
lack
access
university
computer
laboratories
software,
inability
collect
face-to-face
data,
wellness
mental
problems.
Whereas
abundant
research
exists
COVID-19,
little
is
known
about
factors
that
contributed
students’
success
during
pandemic.
This
qualitative
case
study
reports
promoted
student
pandemic,
from
perspective

students.

were
collected
through
an

questionnaire
analysed
