This chapter explores the barriers women experience regarding environmental leadership and potential solutions prospects for boosting female participation. Women continue to be restricted lower-status occupations, mainly in administrative fields, despite recent efforts improve gender representation. Multiple reasons contribute this inequality, including discriminatory practices, inadequate access resources opportunities, societal expectations around roles. Abstract Although health information systems (HIS) play an important role in elevating standards, a comprehensive understanding of how to effectively implement HIS rural areas is lacking. The green economy, a sector focused on sustainable development, stays predominantly male-dominated, with women representing only 30% of global entrepreneurs. This research explored how gender-inclusive strategies influence the growth and sustainability women-led startups in economy.
