Abstract
Although
health
information
systems
(HIS)
play
an
important
role
in
elevating
standards,
a
comprehensive
understanding
of
how
to
effectively
implement
HIS
rural
areas
is
lacking.
This
issue
becomes
more
significant
when
considering
that
globally
majority
