This article aims to investigate the professional and ethical negotiation on managing cyber conflict prevention towards misuse exploitation of massive social media adoption from higher learners' perspective. The qualitative approach forum discussion was made among sixty education learners with selection criteria. data gathered were analyzed using thematic basis compared findings literature analysis relevant peer reviewed journals. All investigated, analyzed, extracted, proposed into for prevention. finding revealed principal value digital skills enhancement in online practice consisting competence skills, adaptability stability, technical application skills. Moreover, responsibility consists communication information accuracy enhancement, manner transparency, accountability security. We propose a dynamic that encompasses enhancing commitment management; considering arrangement; strengthening transparency security quality empowering management.
