Heavy metals are among the most dangerous pollutants in natural environment due to their persistent toxicity and bioaccumulation problems, hence they considered a global problem. Additionally, stubborn, of them poisonous aquatic organisms when reach particular concentration. Zooplankton can continue serving as monitor for water situation, depending on how highly responsive various contaminants. Zooplankton's ability accumulate was assessed based categories factor (BAF). There no probability since all heavy metal BAFs were less than 1000 (BAF˂ 1000), however iron (Fe) zooplankton samples from two drains aluminum (Al) drain one sample fell into 1000< BAF< 5000: bio-accumulative category. The pollution index (MPI) calculated compare levels overall zooplankton. In studied drains, values 16.902 17.924. therefore be widely used biological monitoring assessment safe environmental metals.

Ambient air pollution was classified as carcinogenic to humans (Group 1) for lung cancer. DNA damage an important first step in the process of carcinogenesis, and could also be induced by pollution. In this study, intratracheal instillation real-time exposure system were combined establish SHP (short-term high-level PM2.5) LLPO (long-term low-level PM2.5 O3) patterns, respectively. Hierarchical levels genetic biomarkers analyzed explore effects rats. Representative repair genes from different pathways selected relative expression levels. The methylation level differentially expressed determined. Besides, miRNA sequencing non-targeted metabolomic analysis performed rat lungs. KEGG multi-omics used potential mechanism under patterns. We found that DSBs chromosome damage. induce oxidative damage, pattern repaired natural repair. Repair involved two different. higher RAD51, which might a epigenetic down-regulated RAD51 DSBs. 29 overlapped alterations metabolic identified sequencing, including purine metabolism pyrimidine after exposure. Differential miRNAs tissue associated with apoptosis, concluded activated targets network both caused short-term can alleviated provided possible mechanisms explain increased risk
